Who we need


This is an on-site position at one of our offices in Ebersberg or Dortmund/Holzwickede with the requirement to travel up to 20% of the time throughout Europe.

How you will make an impact:

You will increase our revenue and your earnings by securing multiple enterprise deals a year, building our presence and market share throughout Europe, starting with Germany and expanding.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualifications to conversions, presentations, and deal negotiations and closures.

You will develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past ones to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities.


You will bring:


  • The sales expertise. You have proven success managing and closing complex sales cycles, exceeding your technology sales quota. You have expertise in consultative solutions sales, including exposure to effectively positioning ROI for the manufacturing industry. You have experience selling into manufacturing
  • MES, automation or ERP systems.
  • The drive. You are a selfstarter who is goal oriented and enjoys the competitive challenge of building out a book of business. You thrive in an autonomous role, running your own day.
  • The interpersonal skills. You can gain trust and build relationships at any level, navigating customer hesitance with creative technical solutions based on your insights into the product and the industry. You have outstanding verbal and written abilities and are open to feedback from others.
  • The flexibility. You are comfortable travelling up to 20% of the time.
