- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken
- Unterstützung bei allen spezifischen, operationalen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Planung, Überprüfung/Genehmigung und Projekt-Überwachung von "Investigator Initiated Studies" (IIS)
- Sicherstellung, dass alle IIS nach internationalen SOPs und lokalen Richtlinien unterstützt werden
- Sicherstellung einer zeitgerechten und angemessenen Unterstützung für die zu liefernden Ergebnisse durch Kooperation mit der TA/Medizin
- Nachverfolgung von Vorschlägen und Protokollen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Überprüfung/Genehmigung
- Verfolgung von Studienbudget, Meilensteinen und Zahlungen nach den vorgeschriebenen Standards
- Unterstützung des Studien-Sponsors im Rahmen der gültigen SOPs bezüglich bestimmter Aktivitäten in der Studienvorbereitung
- Ansprechpartner für TA/Medizin und Global Study Management (GSM) für IIT-relevante Fragen sowie Übernahme von zusätzlichen Projekten
- Idealerweise naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, Ausbildung zum/zur medizinischen Dokumentar*in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Klinischen Forschung (Durchführung von klinischen Studien) sowie Kenntnisse der relevanten Regularien und Richtlinien (ICH/GCP), davon mindestens 1 Jahr bei ISS sind wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Interaktion mit externen Geschäftspartnern
- Proaktive sowie enge Interaktion und Kommunikation mit allen an einem Projekt beteiligten Interessengruppen ("Stakeholder")
- Gute Computer-Kenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungen, Oracle-based Datenbanken) sowie die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in spezifische Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil einschl. Problemlösung, sehr gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten sowie pragmatischer Arbeitsstil
