is a specialized investment banking boutique focused on acquisition and growth strategies, providing tailored Mergers & Acquisitions, financial and strategic advice based on comprehensive sector know-how and a deep understanding of private capital markets.

We support financial sponsors as well as ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams in pursuing strategic and platform transactions, developing and realizing dedicated buy & build strategies and funding growth initiatives.

You will support in target assessment, financial and business analysis, valuation, and the preparation of documents for client, board, and investment committee meetings.

As part of the deal team, we offer you an exciting and wide range of tasks with a steep learning curve.

• Student (f/m/d) in an advanced stage of Bachelor or Master studies with a focus on business administration or similar
• Interest in investment banking (M&A) with an excellent academic track record
• Ideally relevant internship experience in investment banking or adjacent fields (e.g. private equity, deal advisory, or auditing)
• Ability to learn fast and strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowhow of MS-Office
• Fluent in German and English
