About the Role:


As a Senior Director in our global Origination Team, you will be an integral leader of our business activity in the DACH region.

You will manage commercial opportunities to provide capital to growth/late-stage technology companies, from inception to closing.

In this client-facing role, you will originate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.


You will be:


  • Sourcing prospective clients (companies) and generating deal flow.
  • Performing initial vetting (inc. calls/meetings with Csuite) of prospective clients.
  • Liaising between prospective clients and the Growth Capital team to ensure smooth and effective due diligence and execution.
  • Keeping full notation of the business cycle progress on a CRM.
  • Lead the negotiation process with prospective clients.
  • Represent Liquidity Group and its affiliates in conferences and events in the DACH region.

You have:


  • 712 years experience at a debt/credit provider or venture capital firm.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clientfacing role: sales, origination, relationship management.
  • Significant interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to originate and close transactions.
  • Drive, ambition, and an ability to perform in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
  • At least two years of previous experience as a financial analyst.
  • Experience in and understanding of the growth/latestage technology landscape.
  • Experience in and understanding of deal flow activity in credit/debt funds.
