This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days a week in the office, either in Berlin or Duisburg.

• Development and implementation of solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents
• Collaboration with business stakeholders
• Collaborating with development teams and partners on architecture development and planning
• Managing Power Platform solutions, including in conjunction with our other services and systems
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance guidelines

• University degree in computer science, information systems or a related field desirable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Assertive personality with a handson mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English, knowledge of German desirable
• Analytical mindset and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
