The position is limited to 2 years.

Your Role

Strengthening the raw material specifications team in the Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation department
Creation and evaluation of raw material specifications for our extensive range of raw materials, as well as the evaluation and approval of second suppliers with regard to raw material properties
Initiation and updating of product certifications (Halal, Kosher, BIO) for Döhler items with the relevant organizations
Communication with our suppliers on raw materialrelated issues or to update documents
Recording, maintaining and checking raw material data in SAP in close consultation with other departments

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in ecotrophology, nutritional science, food chemistry or comparable training

wledge of SAP

Initial professional experience/internships advantageous, ideally in the food and beverage industry
General interest in the composition of food and understanding of recipes
Careful, accurate and responsible way of working
Very good knowledge of English and German
Very good communication and teamwork skills
Experience with common MS Office programs, ideally kno
