Idstein as a

Customer Operations Specialist (M/F/d).

In this position you will

drive Operations Excellence for the assigned channel and region and

continuously work to improve the orderbook management process to

achieve strategic sales objectives in assigned regions or markets. You will

work closely with your customer service specialists, sales, finance, IT, and logistic teams to deliver higher service level toward customers by continuously

integrating new and improving existing order to delivery interfaces.


The story begins:


  • Manage accurate data and data flows between Jack Wolfskin, 3rd party systems, service providers and customers. Manage and creation of Customer Master Data, Pricing Condition Records. Review and set KPI for accuracy. Coordinate, maintain and improve Master Data / PRICAT shared with customers
  • Increase automation level by integrating new or improving existing interfaces via our B2B Platform or EDI interfaces. Lead the roll out of new integrations points gathering customer business and technical requirements, managing communication between internal and external parties to achieve a proper integration schedule and launch.
  • Provide internal operational, process and systems expertise to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems. Monitor EDI documents flow and ensure that orders can properly release, ship, track and be invoice
  • When needed, initiate corrective action to resolve further issues with required departments (Sales, Finance, Logistic and/or IT). Create and run adhoc reports to identify irregularities and provide datadriven recommendations to optimise existing processes. Support building and maintaining KPIs to ensure close monitoring of business and integration performance to identify and communicate potential issues at an early stage
  • Participate in testing of new system functionalities to lower impact on existing integrations
  • Trouble shoot support tickets and contribute to the training and on the job learning process to ensure knowledge and understanding of EDI and system integrations
  • Create and update documentation to ensure that business knowledge is made available at any time

Your proven path:


  • Degree in business administration or other relevant IT degree
  • Need at least 2 years' experience working with EDI
  • Data & Interface Management
  • Understanding of interfaces between systems and impact of data accuracy. Analytical skills
  • Work with different kinds of information, see patterns and trends and draw meaningful conclusions. Project Management
  • Ability to start and finish a given project on a selfdriven approach. IT Skills
  • EDI and SAP Knowledge. Communication
  • You can listen and say information clearly when you speak or write. Teamwork
  • You can work with all levels and get teams to adhere to the required objectives
  • You are fluent in English any other languages are a plus
