Responsibilities:

You prepare employment contracts, employment references and all personnelrelated documents
You continously support the entry, maintenance, checking and correction of master and variable data in Workday and SAP as well as ensuring data quality
You independently support our student employees during their employee life cycle
You support in our talent acquisition process
You also support and advice line managers and employees regarding all HR issues
You participate in the further development and optimization of HR processes and their digitalisation to ensure structured and efficient HR processes

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial training or further training, e.g. IHK personnel specialist desirable
You have gained 35 years of professional experience in human resources
Ideally you already collected experience with Worday and SAP and are confident in the handling of MS Office
You also own knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
Good communication, interpersonal skills and organisational talent with good prioritisation skills are characterizing you
High degree of flexibility and resultsorientated thinking and acting round up your profile
You are able to communicate business fluent in German and fluent in English
