Digital TAX Transformation & Processes Specialist (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for actively shaping digitalisation in the tax department by looking at projects with regard to IT resources to facilitating the daily work of tax experts
• You will be responsible for analysing company processes and identifying digitalisation potential in the tax department, particularly around tax compliance management systems
• You will be responsible for supporting digitalization projects to make taxrelated processes more efficient
• You will be responsible for collaborating with the specialist departments to develop and implement digital solutions
• You will be responsible for developing strategies on the topic of AI and robotics
• You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing optimisation of these processes and tools and the automation of taxrelated business processes, workflows and systems

Your profile:

• Completed specialist training as a business administrator or bachelor's degree in business informatics, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on digitalisation
• Good understanding of project and process management as well as portfolio management
• Structured and independent working style
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in the digitalisation of business processes and the implementation of IT solutions in the tax department
