As the business continues to grow, we're on the hunt for ambitious consultants who are keen to take their career to the "next-level" and develop their skills to lead Strategy teams as a Consulting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing key strategy projects, from initiation to completion, driving project excellence and client satisfaction.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to assist clients and partners to get closer in achieving their sustainability goals and initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Senior Managers, and Partners to drive a culture of high performance, and build a positive working culture for consultants to thrive and develop.
• Managing and mentoring junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them upgrade their skills and expertise.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the fields of automotive, sustainability, and mobility.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-4+ years of experience working within a strategy or management consulting environment with a focus on Automotive or Mobility topics.
• A passion to develop your career in consulting and take more responsibility as a trusted advisor, and people manager.
• Track record of delivering project excellence, client satisfaction, and driving high performance within fast-paced settings.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Germany and English (Both Written & Speaking).
