- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive sustainability initiatives within the Automotive & Mobility sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address client needs and objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to proposal development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to sustainability, automotive, and mobility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the Automotive & Mobility sector.
- Proven expertise in Mobility, Automotive, or Sustainability, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and mentoring teams of consultants.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving positive change and making an impact.
- Fluency in German, and English (Both Written & Speaking).
