Your tasks:


  • You will lead the Global Demand Management Department for Technical Service with focus on Service Development Engineering, Service Introduction and Lifecycle Management, Sales and Operations Planning and Service Offer Support / Solution Design.
  • More precisely, you will lead a team of Service Development Engineers who are responsible for the introduction and lifecycle management of customeroriented and innovative service concepts for our technical service products
  • It is your responsibility to lead our team of Service Solution Designers to support our Sales team best during our service offer process for customized technical service products
  • You will furthermore steer the global "Sales and Operations Planning" for technical services as central function for capacity and capability planning
  • You will ensure the continuous improvement and further development of the related service demand processes and roles
  • Your responsibilities will include to be main interface between Sales and Business divisions on the one hand and our service operations team on the other hand

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
  • Leadership experience with international teams and strong experience in global service organisations (Matrix)
  • Experience in solution design for services and its implementation into the service organisation.
  • Knowledge of relevant servicability requirements and innovative service concepts
  • Experience with S&OP processes and planning cycles.
  • Good knowledge on performance metrics in demand management and project management methods (e.g. Earned Value Management)
  • Business mindset, able to identify customer need and proactively build efficient service solutions
  • Strategic foresight and international mindset
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness for travel (occasional)
