Sen. Expert Digital Platforms & Experience (M/F/d)

Key Responsibilities:

In coordination with the departments and the countries, you will develop the different process requirements, evaluate the platformtechnical implementation of the requirements and define the associated user stories
Preparation of cost estimates of the required resources, if necessary, with external service providers, and coordination with the responsible stakeholders
Independent planning and control of the agile platform projects as well as the acceptance of the implemented user stories. (Plan Build, Test, Deploy)
Funnel and Backlog Management
In cooperation with key users and service providers, you document processes and interfaces (between the different platforms and systems)

Skills and Experience required:

Degree in computer science or alternative academic or professional training, preferably with a technical, media or economic orientation
Good methodological knowledge (agile working methods, lean and change management)
Several years of experience in the management of traditional and agile platform projects, e.g., as a product owner
Experience in process analysis and related documentation
Strong communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex issues in a simple way
Very good language knowledge in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to make occasional business trips (including abroad)
