Your Role You will work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs (feature request, change request) and coordinating the implementation with required parties- The release management and solution roadmap will be managed by you together with all relevant stakeholders- Your area of responsibility also includes building strong relationships with cross-functional IT departments (telephony, network, operations, reporting) as well as services vendors to ensure the necessary support is available for the live locations- Beside that you will also coordinate the integration of the Contact Center Solution into respective backend systems (SAP CRM, Salesforce, Analytics)- An exciting transformation project awaits you, in which the conversion from the existing contact center solution to a new solution takes place

Your Profile You have a sound knowledge of at least one telephony and contact center system- Excellent communication skills and enjoying dealing with people are important to you- You already have basic knowledge of the Salesforce and/or SAP CRM environment and ideally have already accompanied integration scenarios- A pronounced ability to work in an international team, combined with a consulting orientation and communication skills are a matter of course for you- Your strengths include analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as working in cross-functional teams- Particularly good knowledge of German and English round off your profile What we offer you, among other things:
