What we're looking for:

A
Product Designer (M/F/d) to work closely with the engineering, product, UX research, business, and commerce teams in a cross-functional team to help us create a component-based UI design system, with atomic design principles.

This will be a 24 months fix-term contract, due to maternity leave.

You'll carry concepts through every stage of our design process such as information.

Working directly with our engineers, you will deliver product specs and design assets, and contribute to the big picture of product vision in collaboration with the rest of the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Design reusable UI components, based on Atomic Design principles
• Work alongside Stakeholders, UX Research, Commerce, Product, and Engineering in a crossfunctional agile environment.
• Prepare, present, and defend your designs to internal teams, external clients, and key stakeholders.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts in a clean, well structured, and easily navigable format using Figma or other relevant tools
• Conduct user interviews and compile data gained from these activities to test design iterations and ideas.
• Be a team player with strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements to system UI/UX requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

What you bring along:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer
• 1+ year(s) of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
• Handson experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision and AdobeXD
• Understanding of basic frontend languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Creative ideas with a problemsolving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
