Your Opportunity


As HR Business Partner, you will help deliver regional and country led people initiatives to fearlessly propel the people agenda across the DACH cluster.

You will be a collaborative business partner to our leaders in assigned functions, involved in strategic and operational planning and playing a vital role to deliver HR solutions along the entire employee lifecycle, while also ensuring HR related operational and processing services.

As part of the DACH HR team, you will also drive cultural and talent development initiatives as a strategic focus topic across the cluster.

Responsibilities:


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Provide business partnering & counseling to managers and employees across assigned functions in the DACH cluster on human resources issues along the entire employee lifecycle, providing solutions compliant with local legislation, company policies and culture
  • Understand the inner workings and people needs of the business to seamlessly execute local, regional and global people initiatives in collaboration with cluster HR team
  • Be responsible for executing talent development strategy locally, strengthening talent pipelines and development of Primos in line with business needs by ensuring effective talent and succession planning processes
  • Support the people journey to create an effective and efficient environment, fostered by Primos who feel strongly engaged in the values, culture and aspirations of Bacardi
  • Partner with regional Compensation & Benefits as well as Global Mobility, managing relevant compensation topics for the assigned markets and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, while also managing structured investments
  • Act as a team player and work hand in hand with HR DACH team members
  • Own strategic focus topics for the entire DACH cluster and actively drive connected initiatives in collaboration with cluster HR team
Skills and Experience


The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

  • The capability to grow quickly into a strong sparring partner for the business
  • 3+ years in a comparable role or 5+ years in a business role driven by strong stakeholder management, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with a variety of people topics and the willingness to grow generalist capabilities across the HR lifecycle
  • Good understanding of bestinclass people processes and solutions
  • Proven strong planning and coordination skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations to find the best solutions for our stakeholders
  • Track record as a great communicator and networker across organizational levels
  • Good understanding of labor legislation and willingness to dive into local specialties
  • Fluent in English and German
