The Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) is a materials research organization in Germany. Our mission is to ensure safety in technology and chemistry. We perform research and testing in materials science, materials engineering and chemistry to improve the safety of products and processes. At BAM we do research that matters. To strengthen our team in the division "Physical and chemical analysis of polymers" in Berlin-Steglitz, starting the next possible date, we are looking for an Undergraduate Assistant (M/F/d) in the field of study Physics, Chemistry, Polymer Science or comparable

Undergraduate Assistant (M/F/d) in the field of study Physics, Chemistry, Polymer Science or comparable

50 hours/month
Temporary contract for 7 months
Hourly wage 12,96 Euro

Working field:

Your responsibilities include:
Preparation of thin films
Preparation of substrates
Measurements of elipsometry
Collaboration within 3RPolymers

Requirements:

Your qualifications:
Student of one of the abovementioned disciplines, preferably in a Master's programme
Knowledge of polymers
Very good written and spoken English
German language skills are advantageous
Good PC skills
