Your Job:

Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with ib vogt's values and goals, focusing on stakeholder expectations and sustainable development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to principles outlined by the UN Global Compact and monitor compliance with sustainability standards, reporting progress on CSR goals and targets.
Assessing and analysing ib vogt's current corporate social impact, identifying areas for improvement, and developing metrics to measure effectiveness.
Plan, implement and manage social impact programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs, track key metrics, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate ib vogt's CSR activities and achievements to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, fostering transparency and engagement.
Stay updated on CSR trends and developments, participating in industry forums and events to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in CSR practices.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, facilitating open dialogues and partnerships to enhance social impact and stakeholder engagement.

Your profile:

Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
Demonstrate proven experience in implementing and managing CSR initiatives, preferably in the renewable energy or engineering sector.
Possess strong knowledge of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices, with experience in sustainability reporting.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate social impact programs effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with analytical abilities to identify key issues and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.
Proficiency in using CSR reporting and tracking tools, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Embrace a strong commitment to ethical behaviour, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
