- Meet software maintenance sales targets and increase maintenance sales
- Take care of the renewal and maintenance sales of our software products
- Proactively reach out to customers who are up for renewal
- Prepare quotations based on standard pricing guidelines
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Follow company procedures, documentation, and administration protocol and requirements
- Work closely with internal teams such as customer success and account management
- Contact clients before their renewal and identify churn risks at an early stage
- When possible and appropriate, propose alternatives to keep them as clients
- Thoroughly report the results to our product team
- Provide firstlevel customer support
- Resolve software password issues
- Make proactive phone calls in support of marketing and sales actions
- Maintain our customer database
- Forward orders to our overseas team for processing
- Help organize backoffice activities to be as efficient as possible in order to maximize the time you and the team have available to spend on revenuegenerating activities.
- Your profile years of prior sales, sales support, or customerfacing experience
- A strong desire to offer high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills in German and English are required, both verbal and written
- Salesminded with a strong ability to sell by phone
- Excellent computer skills are a must (MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous but not essential
- Keen to work in the CRM environment in a disciplined manner
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
