Your Responsibilities:

Drive profitable growth of the business globally by improving positioning of PA in target markets and target customers
Transform PA strategy into strong market awareness and customer attraction
Qualified lead generation
Help to understand markets and customers
Drive systematic, tool based, data driven gotomarket process with closed learning cycles, i.e. analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Further develop our Corporate identity and internal communication
Account for our online and offline Brand appearance and develop global marketing standard
Lead, build, extend and coach a team of marketing professionals
Develop and Drive global outbound and inbound marketing activities
Build strong relationships with Sales leaders and their supporting functions
Collaboration and Alignment with PA Headquarters to meet, keep and develop Global PA standards, participate at or lead global marketing initiatives

Your Qualification:

You have several years of international marketing experience including brand development
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge with continuous improvement mindset
Future oriented outofthebox thinker
Ability to lead by influencing and to generate enthusiasm within your stakeholder's community
Energetic, pragmatic, business driven team player
Systematic doer
