Job Description:

You are always on the look for ways to make our HR processes more efficient and effective in charge of recruitment by recognizing exceptional talents and knowing where to find them
You will act as a HR Business Partner
You will take care of recruitment processes
You will be accountable for HR Admin tasks and payroll
You will take ownership of HR Projects (for example Employer Branding, Employee Satisfaction, Team activities, Digitalization.)
You will be responsible for talent development & retention
You will come up with out of the box ideas related to HR

Qualifications:

Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelor's degree preferred in the field of HR Management, Business Administration or similar)
4+ years of experience in HR

Experience in ATS system and LinkedIn Recruiter
