We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Member Services Associate to join our Customer Support team.

Your Responsibilities

Be a single point of contact for our users for their journey with Habyt
Help out on the ongoing support of our members
Prioritize and manage requests and keep support tickets up to date
Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors, ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed

Your Qualifications

Relevant experience in customer support
Fullworking proficiency in English required, German, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
Strong international background through work and study abroad
You thrive on communication, both written and verbal, you are proficient with social media
You can keep yourself accountable and able to work without wellworn paths or established protocols
You are comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment
You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission
