    Responsibilities:
  • Collecting the relevant market information concerning network technology and design work plans
  • Visiting potential and existing customers to capture sales opportunities and analyze the customers' needs
  • Coordinating internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects
  • Organizing and executing activities, such as communication conference with customers
  • Evaluating company capabilities to meet customer needs
  • Leading tender proposal and relevant documents preparation based on the customers' request for proposal (RFP)
  • Determine project scopes together with the technical and project management departments, based on understanding of customers' requirements, and submit the tender proposal
  • Visiting and contacting customers periodically to capture the updated requirements and allocating appropriate internal resource to revise the project related documentation
  • Participating in contract negotiation

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years working experience in the telecommunication industry, either with Tier 1 telecom vendors ro operators
  • Excellent knowledge and undertaking of telecommunication operators
  • Good project management skills, proven track record of business development and account management within large organizations
  • Strong technical understanding of fixed/access network technologies
  • Good networking and relationship management skills, target driven and results focused
  • Experience of working with different cultures in complex environments, working in virtual teams
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to succeed in an everchanging environment
  • Highly flexible and effective time management skills
  • English and German: business level
