Your role
The Team Lead Billing role will entail leading a team of billing specialists and overseeing all billing related activities.
Your role will have an outsized impact on the core of Lano's business, closely guarding our cashflow and delighting our partners & customers with superb timeliness and accuracy.
A significant opportunity of this role will also be participating in projects to further improve billing-related workflows at Lano together with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:
- You lead and develop the billing team at Lano, setting it up for continued company growth
- You oversee all billingrelated tasks and topics at Lano
- You take ownership of the timely issuance of compliant invoices to our clients
- You ensure a healthy cash flow through timely collection of receivables from clients while making certain that their queries are answered promptly
- You are the primary contact person for various departments on billingrelated topics
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience working in a finance team, preferably in a startup context
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Gsuite, preference for experience with ERP systems as well
- You have a thorough work ethic and a high attention to detail
- You are openminded and like to work in an international team
- You are solutionoriented and proactively take ownership of topics
- Professional command of the English language; additional European languages a plus
- You have experience leading a team
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or BA
