The position:

The successful applicant is expected to:

Participate in the European XFEL liquid jet project
Develop, produce and test jetting devices
Participate in organizing an international workshop
Characterize the properties of jetting devices
Operate and maintain sample characterization devices
Participate in upkeep and organization of user lab operation
Support users in sample characterization and delivery
Participate in the group's development projects

Requirements:

Master degree in Physics, Biology, or equivalent qualification
Experience with development and operation of microfluidic liquid jet devices
Experience in wet lab operation and support
Experience as a user or supporting users at a synchrotron radiation source, preferably an XFEL
English is the working language
