    Job Description

    Lead a team of technicians for all production activities related to OSW and NCs at FAL Airbus Hamburg.

    - Organize the weekly workload of the team
    - Define, communicate and achieve weekly targets in order to achieve the major milestones / program targets
    - Ensure achievement of performance targets
    - Continous improvement of skills: define training needs
    - Ensure the application of Quality and HSE rules
    - Continous improvement of processes & performance
    - Implement rituals like SQCDPI and QRQC

    Complementary Description

    Hands-on mentality: able to perfrom OSW activities as well.

    Job Requirements

    Autonomous and proactive personality
    - At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
    - Good knowledge in handling MS Office tools
    - Very good English language skills
