Your Mission:

We are looking for a new Customer Advisor (d/f/m) to join our team.

Your new responsibilities would include:

Supporting and advising of new and existing customers (B2B)
Customer data maintenance in our CRM solution HubSpot
Telephone support and quotation followup
Conducting analyses of customer needs by telephone to identify sales potentials
Reporting your activities and relevant KPIs to optimize customer support
Supporting the marketing team in developing campaigns for specific target groups
Proposing your own initiatives and supporting the sales team to identify new prospects

You bring that:

You are serviceoriented, act on your own initiative and remain calm in every call situation
You enjoy customer contact by telephone and have a talent for organization
You bring 12 years' experience in a similar role or in a sales / customer care position
You have a good command of English and German language, oral and written additional languages will be considered a plus
