play a key role in shaping and further developing the organization's identity and access management security strategy
- be responsible for defining security policies and procedure which address risks associated with identity and access management whilst fulfilling the business requirements
- provide consultation and advice on all matters relating to identity and access management from technical to management level involving stakeholders from across the organization
- collaborate with the IT operational teams responsible for running Identity and Access Management systems to help ensure a high level of security and compliance with the organization's policies
- oversee the secure design, implementation, and management of identity and access management systems, including their integration with the security monitoring tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and others
- help ensure identity and access management systems are protected against common and specific threats
- be part of a dynamic and motivated team with a passion for Information Security consisting of people with different experience levels, personalities and based in different countries
- keep a forward-looking view on emerging technologies and trends which may have a positive or negative impact on the organizations identity and access management strategy and systems

Apprenticeship / professional education / studies in the field of Information Security (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or equivalent combination of education and working experience
35 years of professional experience in a field related to IT or Information Security, e. g. Windows Active Directory environment, network, PKI, security operations, security governance, penetration testing
Comprehensive technical knowledge about enterprise identity systems, including technologies Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PKI, privileged identity management, zero trust, Single Sign On, OAuth2, SAML
Good understanding of the common threats posed to identity and access management systems such as Active Directory Golden Ticket attacks, password spraying etc and how to defend against them
Ability to work in a structured and independent way with analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Ability to correlate technologies, understand complex environments and business requirements
Ability and selfmotivation to constantly keep up to date with new technologies and concepts
Sharing your knowledge and knowhow to advance the team is in your nature
Fluent English or German language skill
