Responsibilities:

Edit/create Excel lists
Create PowerPoint presentations
Carry out research
Carry out analyses in various areas
Supporting colleagues in their daily office routine
Filing and sorting incoming documents
Procurement of office supplies
Organizing meetings as well as customer and guest service

Requirements:

Requirements:

First professional experience in a comparable position
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills and selforganization
Quick understanding and enjoyment of working in a team

Study level:
Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, programming, engineering or similar.

Language Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
