How You'll Make an Impact

Support in the creation of requests for projectspecific requirements, evaluation of offers and the preparation of negotiations and contracts with suppliers
Prepare and followup of SAP Purchase Orders (purchasetopay) including maintenance of master data
Maintenance of our Supplier quality management data base
Support to automate/optimize our purchasing processes with upgrading existing and implementing new workflow tools (Jedox; MS Power Automate; etc)
Analysis and processing of key figures from purchasing information systems
Manage our Global Project Sourcing SharePoint and creation of internal/external social media articles (e. g. Yammer, LinkedIn)

What You Bring

Ongoing engineering or business administration study course
First Experience in working with MS Office; SAP; Tableau; RPA tools
Language skills in German and English
Social Media Competencies
Team spirit
