What do you become a part of -
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners are seeking a Central Strategy lead for our Logistics Operations.

In this role you are responsible to drive and further enhance the development of Logistics Strategy in collaboration with our Business Units and wider commercial and Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS&SC) company strategy, ensuring a clear understanding on destination and resource requirements to support the journey.


What you will do -

  • Strategy Development
  • Works closely with BU operational leadership and central teams to drive the strategic agenda, formalizing and structuring plans e.g. Warehousing strategy development


  • Strategic Position

  • Leads exploratory effort across our activities, seeking opportunities for synergy or improvements


  • Strategic Choice

  • Leads and facilitates Pan-BU insight and evaluation projects.
  • Strategy into action leads the deployment of aligned panBU strategic initiatives
  • Project Management drives the the PM and PMO agenda in collaboration with our central PMO for both Centrally driven and BU driven Logistic initiatives
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and owns the competitive intelligence agenda (Continual Basis) regarding Logistics activities

What we expect from you -

  • Strong strategic thinker with ability to identify emerging issues, analyze potential impacts and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for action and or inclusion in our Logistics strategy and Logistics Operating Framework
  • Extensive experience in Logistics, strategic planning, consulting, preferably within Supply Chain fmcg or food industry.
  • Experience in Strategy Development for Logistics is essential for this role
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct exploratory work on operating models and frameworks from a suitability, feasibility and acceptability perspective
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and an accomplished communicator with an ability to manage upward and downward communication flows
  • Familiarity with our current Logistics Operations and activities is a big plus
  • Strong PMO and PM capabilities within an E2E business model
  • Ability to work with high degree of independence while managing upward communication to Central & BU leadership teams
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
