As a "
Working Student - Learning and Development"you will be part of the DHL Consulting HR team and work with us on Learning and Development topics in order to retain the consulting and data science talent at DHL Consulting.

Your key
responsibilities include supporting us in our people development.

This involves preparing and controlling data, supporting users with requests, and preparing action items in the software that we use for those processes.

Further, you will support our learning and training, i.e., tracking data, supporting training management, and researching around training offerings and other related manners.

Next to that, you will have plenty of opportunities to gain insights into the different topics that the HR department of a management consultancy is taking care of.

You will be able to flexibly set up your working arrangements between8 and20hrs/week, depending on your availability.
We currently aim for your starting date to be as soon as possible - but we are flexibleon that. We want to work with you for 12 months, at least - extending the position after that is possible. Since DHL Consulting currently operates in a hybrid-work setup, partly remote work is possible.

You are enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Science or Engineering
You just started your Master's program andlive somewhere in the region of Cologne/Bonn, Germany
You are flexible and can fit 20 hours of work into your busy study schedule
Ideally, you have gained first experience in HRrelated topics, learning and development, system implementation, data maintenance and/or administrative tasks
You know your way around in Microsoft Excel and find it easy to orientate yourself in various online platforms
You are fluent in English and have gained experience in an international environment
You have good organizational and communication skills
You are teamoriented and curious
