We are currently selecting a
NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST for the CASTILLA TERMAL BURGO DE OSMA hotel.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out customer service tasks at the reception desk

Handle tasks related to occupancy:
check in, check out, customer registration
Handle tasks related to room sales: reservations, informing customers about the company and its services by phone or in person
Perform billing and payment tasks
Pass occupancy reports to the restaurant, kitchen, and housekeeping departments
Report any incidents that occur during the shift to the next shift, noting them down.


WE OFFER:
Full-time contract from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week
Working hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Requirements:

Degree in Tourism
B1 level of English
Previous experience in 4 and 5-star hotels and hotel chains.
