    PR & Influencer Activations Lead

    Location: Berlin, Germany

    We're seeking a PR & Influencer Activations Lead to spearhead innovative campaigns in the travel sector from our Berlin headquarters; cover both PR & Influencer activation tasks. As part of our dynamic team, you'll craft compelling narratives, host exclusive events, and drive engagement with influencers across Germany.

    • Serve as the primary representative for our digital engagement (DE) agency, overseeing communications strategies, and working independently as the spokesperson for consistent messaging.
    • Take the lead in designing and executing PR and Influencer campaigns within the country, staying abreast of industry trends for successful strategies.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of influencer and PR efforts, while exercising budgetary oversight for optimal resource allocation.
    • Utilize extensive experience in press handling, managing media relations, and crisis communications, facilitating seamless communication with local stakeholders as a native or near-native German speaker.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in creating, leading & executing PR and Influencer campaigns within the German market.
    • Native or near-native proficiency in both German and English.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and communication management tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Experience in crisis management and media relations preferred.
