We are looking for a new colleague in the R&D ADAS & Electronics department at our location in Friedrichshafen.

Your tasks:

Technical leadership of a team of function owners to develop standardized platforms, architectures, functions, and processes with the goal of increasing product, technology and process quality.
Proactive initiation of technical reviews of customer projects and assistance with risk assessments across the entire system context. Plan, prioritize, monitor, and ensure conformance of work products.
Responsibility of technical release of products with the Product Owner and validation of the technical maturity of work products.

Your Profile:

Completed studies in computer sciences, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable field with several years of relevant work experience, ideally in the automotive industry especially in the areas of ADAS/AD.
Very good knowledge as well as profound knowledge of ADAS systems and components such as radar and camera. Indepth understanding of automotive functions, development trends and innovations.
Strong ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and act professionally based on the situation.
Leadership and decisionmaking skills in a development environment, strategic thinking, and the ability to create a vision for the implementation of the ADAS short range strategy in CVS.
Very strong communication skills, negotiation skills as well as global networking and coordination/collaboration skills, willingness to travel.
