Beschreibung

Develop and calibrate material models for the universal and individual description of the dynamic, mechanical compression behaviour of involved components.
You analyse existing test series, exchange information with product and technology experts (M/F/d) and identify parameters.
You assemble the determined material models into a 1D system simulation library and determine a suitable optimisation algorithm for predicting the dynamic material response of combined components to specific boundary conditions.
You carry out systematic plausibility and variant analyses and validate the models you have developed.
You will couple the models you have developed with an existing system library and evaluate the model performance in the overall context.

Your profile

You are a registered student (M/F/d) in a MINT course of studies, have an affinity for software, are looking for a compulsory internship or are interested in writing a thesis.
Ideally, you have some practical experience in modelling dynamic systems.
You have already acquired skills in at least one programming language (Python, Modellica, Matlab, etc.).
Very good knowledge of German or English, both written and spoken.
You are characterised by an independent and structured way of working and a willingness to learn.
