In Germany alone 88% of companies have been a victim of cyber attacks incurring a damage of over €220 billion in a number which has more than doubled over the course of two years.

At the same time, IT professionals are burdened with lots of administrative and repetitive tasks and lack the time to tackle high value topics.

That is why we started ZenAdmin in 2021 with the mission to free cloud-native companies of the tedious chores of in-house IT Operations & Security processes along the employee lifecycle by automating repetitive workflows in our PaaS offering.

We are looking for a senior software developer engineer to join us in building the best in class client-focused platform for employee centric IT operations automation.

Tasks

What you will do

• Define and prioritize product backlog based on market and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product aligns with company strategy and goals.
• Act as the main point of contact between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to communicate product vision and goals.
• Lead the creation of product specifications and ensure they are accurate and aligned with customer needs.
• Work closely with the engineering team to define, design and deliver highquality APIs.
• Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends to inform product roadmap and decision making.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders and incorporate it into the product development process.
• Act as an advocate for the customer, continuously seeking ways to improve the product to meet their needs.
• Provide ongoing product support and work with the operations team to resolve customer issues.

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Product Owner to join ZenAdmin

• Have a strong technical background & a good understanding of APIs
• 35 years of professional experience as a product owner
• Have excellent communication skills who can effectively articulate product vision and goals to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Be able to work well in a fastpaced environment and be able to balance technical and business considerations
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams and be comfortable making datadriven decisions.
• Be a reliable & diligent problem solver with strong organizational skills.
