What you'll do:


  • You will be a senior leader within the CISO Office responsible for Security Architecture for Knauf
  • You will work hand in hand with Enterprise Architecture leaders alongside your team to collaboratively define the security architecture, contributing to the future success of an evolving business
  • You will lead development and maturity of the enterprise security architecture process to enable the organization to develop and implement security solutions that align with the evolving business while managing risk from the evolving threat landscape
  • Establish security technology architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, design principles, standard and best practice baselines, and security patterns, along with overseeing adherence to these defined principles
  • Track internal and external developments with the business and threat landscape to ensure ongoing focus on security strategy and roadmap areas of continuous improvement
  • Work with the GRC team to review and evaluate the design and effectiveness of security controls and define an enterprise security standard that you will
champion across the business, representing your team of highly skilled security practitioners to share best practices and risk awareness


Who you are:


  • Educational Degree in computer science or Information Security or comparable education with relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, of which 5+ should be within enterprise security architecture leadership. 2+ years experience of management
  • Proven capability in risk management and internal controls
  • Experience with IT and Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, HTRUST, COBIT, ITIL, FIPS) and enterprise architecture related frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, OSA, etc.)
  • You are able to work on eye level with your stakeholders to maintain a positive collaboration and translate technology into business speak
  • You are fluent in English and German is a plus
