    What you should expect fromthe role:

    Arrow believes that the best way foryou to grow is by giving you full responsibility for your tasks. Aspart of your personal and group projects, you'll have theopportunity to engage in practical work and will work alongsidehighly specialized experts:

    As an FAE at ArrowElectronics, the primary role is to provide technical support andexpertise to customers. An FAE would bring several valuablecontributions to a customer,including:
    • Technicalknowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Arrow'sproducts, services, and solutions. Provide customers with guidanceon how to choose the right components or solutions that meet theirneeds.
    • Problem-solvingskills: Help customers troubleshoot technical issues andoffer practical solutions that meet theirrequirements.
    • Designexpertise: Assist customers in designing and developingcustom solutions that meet their uniquespecifications.
    • Productvalidation: Engage suppliers to assist with productvalidation to ensure that the products meet the customer'srequirements and standards. Examples, schematic reviews, radioantenna designs, pre-compliance testingetc.
    • Collaboration: Workclosely with customers and internal teams to develop and deliversolutions that meet customerneeds.
    • Key Point of Contact:Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers,ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met.In practice, this can be supply of development kit and referencedesigns, guidance on software libraries, selection of componentsetc.
    • System cost downadvice: Suggest solutions and techniques which canbenefit the overall cost of the Bills Of Material (BOM) or improveavailability of parts in respect to leadtimes.

    Requirements:
    • Youmust have a legal right to work in the countrywhere the position is located.
    • You haveobtained a bachelor's or master's degree Electronics Engineering orrelated degree before October 2023 or not more than 2 yearsago.
    • Business fluent German ANDEnglish (oral & written).
    • Soundknowledge of concepts in ElectronicsEngineering.
    • Goodunderstanding of latest technologies and trends in themarket.
    • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the teamand external stakeholders.
    • Ability to learn newplatforms and systems with an innovativeapproach.
    • You must be flexible and havegeographical mobility.
    • Creative,outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table andis not afraid to share thoseideas.
