Your Role:

As a member of Miltenyi Biotec's Global Technical Support Team, you provide expertlevel technical support applied to our Imaging product portfolio, especially our Spatial Biology products, and deliver product trainings.
Your main focus will be our Spatial Biology products, including our microscopes, as well as our antibody portfolio and preparation protocols.
Finally, you create, manage and deliver our Spatial Biology trainings inhouse and occasionally onsite, both to colleagues and customers.
You support products by working with marketing, R&D and production during all stages of the product lifecycle.

Your Profile:

You hold an academic degree in natural science (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology or Medicine) or a comparable scientific education, a PhD is a plus.
Proven experience in different biological fields such as immunology, oncology, cell biology, hematology, neurology, or stem cells is essential. Experience with fluorescence microscopy, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (IHC), histology, sample preparation for histology, optical clearing, or similar is an advantage.
Experience in the field of spatial image analysis, e.g. with HALO, Visiopharm, Imaris or FIJI is advantageous.
As a strong communicator in English, you discuss technical issues with colleagues and customers in written and oral presentations. You are skilled in serving customers and have a strong serviceoriented mindset. German is a plus.
This position is officebased and requires occasional international travel.
