    Das Hauptziel des Inside Client Managers (m/w/d) besteht darin, Kundenbeziehungen zu verwalten und auszubauen sowie die Expansion und Erneuerung aller Lösungen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Kundensegmente voranzutreiben.

    Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

    • Inside Client Manager (m/w/d) sind leidenschaftliche Kundenbetreuer und haben ein starkes Interesse an der Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden.
    • Du bist in der Lage, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten und zeigst Interesse an und Wissen über deren Umfeld.
    • Du sorgst für eine konsequente Kundenzufriedenheit während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Kundenkaufprozesses, indem Du Ressourcen für den Vertrag für jeden Kunden entwickelst, implementierst und verwaltest.
    • Dein Hauptziel ist die Verwaltung und Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Expansion in allen Lösungsbereichen bei den zugewiesenen Kunden.
    • Du verfügst über hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Kunden wertschätzend zu kommunizieren.
    • Du nutzt die Vertriebstools von NTT (z.B. ) und die Methodik zur effektiven Verwaltung der Kunden, Opportunities, Pipelines und Prognosen.

    Was bringst Du mit:

    • Erforderliche Berufserfahrung: 2 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
    • Erfahrungen im IT-Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung sind nice to have.
    • Kenntnisse im Vertriebsmanagement in Verbindung mit einem guten Verständnis des Geschäfts-, Beschaffungs- und Technologiemarktes sind wünschenswert aber keine Voraussetzung.
    • Analytisches Denkvermögen und kaufmännischer Scharfsinn.
    • Leidenschaftlich, initiativ und selbständig mit dem Willen zum Erfolg.
    • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
    • Must have: fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
