  • We are looking for a curious Management Assistant (f/m/d) to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Member of the Managing Board, Dennis Lentz. You will support Dennis Lentz in realizing Heidelberg Materials' digital vision, driving conceptual and strategic topics forward as well as preparing, coordinating and/or facilitating collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The position is located in Heidelberg, Germany

Your next challenge:

- "Every-day
  • Hero tasks": Ensure the swift and effective resolution of day to day operational tasks, including content preparation for meetings with internal and external stakeholders, document meeting minutes and track agreed action items, prepare communication assets
  • Strategic support: Assist the CDO in driving forward conceptual and strategic topics, including conduct highquality research, analyze data, prepare strategy papers and/or decision papers for the Managing Board on new strategic initiatives or potential investments. This can involve collaborations with CDO direct reports and respective digital crossfunctional teams, other Group functions or external partners.
  • Project involvement: Participate and/or drive in internal digital, crossdepartmental or other projects with our digital partners
  • Digital Senior Leadership team coordination: Act as a "Scrum Master" for the CDO direct report team and the digital senior leadership team, preparing and facilitate regular progress and strategic meetings, taking meeting minutes, tracking actions
  • Communication Hub: Serve as communication liaison between the CDO, Management Board offices, Group Directors and external stakeholders. Drive internal and external communications in close alignment with the CDO, such as preparing Digital Department All Hands sessions or external social media and press releases.

Your profile:


  • Educational excellence: Excellent university degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Project management mastery: Proven experience in project management, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion
  • Global perspective: Experience in working in an international environment, showcasing the ability to navigate and contribute in a diverse, global business environment
  • Language proficiency: excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English
