To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Planner (M/F/d) to join us at our headoffice in Mönchengladbach.
Supply Chain Planner (M/F/d)Your Main Tasks:
- Coordination of the international supply chain in the area of scheduling and distribution as well as central contact person for the departments logistics, purchasing, sales and project management.
- Contractual coordination with our customers, commercial order control, order processing, and logistics capacity planning in the SAP system.
- Expansion and execution of global shipping and export management (customs clearance / freight) while complying with logístical, tax, and export legal requirements.
- Continuously improving operational performance potentials in supply chain management through ongoing analysis of processes and relevant KPIs.
- Data analysis (e.g., monitoring deadlines, shipment status, tax identification) for availability optimization.

Your Profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management, or a completed vocational training as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial, or freight forwarder.
- First professional experience in supply chain management is desirable.
- Comprehensive SAP knowledge and an affinity for SAP processes would be advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office.
- Selfconfident, friendly, and communicative both in customer contact and teamwork.
- Independent and structured work, good organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility.
- Very good written and spoken German and English communication skills.
