Your profile

At least 5 years of experience as an IT project leader with a background in IT Consulting
Extensive experience with ERP systems or business IT in general
Proven leadership and exceptional team management skills
Flawless communication with clevel executives and employees alike
Convincing personality and great interpersonal skills
Very sharp comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
Passion for challenging tasks and joint progression
Mother tongue level German & English

Your tasks

Support and guide our operational ERP consulting Team Leaders through their daily challenges and enable them to thrive
Enhance our operational processes, consulting practices and the quality of our services
Define and implement innovative IT architectures, drive stateoftheart business strategies
Maintain and expand business relationships with our clients
Function as a final point of contact during client escalations and make decisions that benefit the client & us
Be a part of preprojects and convince clients of our services and solutions
As a bridge between solutions and consulting teams, you transfer projects into the operational stages
Monitor budgets & resources to make sure operations run smoothly
Support our CEOs in their daily duties and in strategic decisions alike
