- You willdevelop a comprehensive digitalization strategy for StadtwerkeHennigsdorf that supports the company's goals and is tailored tothe company's needs and challenges.
- You willidentify and evaluate digital technologies and tools that arerelevant to the company and take the lead on implementationprojects to introduce and integrate these technologies
- You implement and monitor security measures to protectthe company's digital assets and data and in this context areprepared to take on the position of Information Security Officer(ISMS / Asset Management)
- You will managethe central system administration with our service providers,maintain the IT infrastructure including servers, networks andworkstations and provide technical support for employees within thecompany.
- You will be responsible forsoftware management, licence administration and provide supportwith process optimization and change management.
- We expect a completed apprenticeship or degree incomputer science, information technology or comparablequalifications as well as relevant professional experience in ITadministration and support or similar areas.
- Sound knowledge ofsystem administration (Windows and/or Linux), network technologies,security standards and data protection regulations is desirable.
- Very goodcommunication skills, technical analysis skills and asolution-oriented way of working are helpful in order to be able tomaster creative solutions for the complex challenges together withthe employees.

IT and digitizationofficer (m/f/d)
We are lookingfor a dedicated and experienced IT and Digitalization Officer(m/f/d) to join our dynamic Stadtwerke team. You will beresponsible for driving forward the digital transformation in ourcompany and optimizing the use of digital technologies. As thecentral point of contact for all IT issues, you will also beresponsible for the central management of service providers(administration) and information security. As a cross-sectionalarea within the company, you will report directly to the managementand manage your area of responsibility independently.
