We are looking for Business Trainer to join our team

Job Description:

Your tasks will include:

Responsible for adopting existing trainings, creating new, delivering, coordinating, and tracking current employees trainings;
Responsible for creating new learning assessments to track and measure success;
Coaching employees to aid their development, and following up with each new hire throughout their transition for continued monitoring;
Evaluating performance and providing feedback to team leaders;
Developing and executing training plans; providing summary reports of all training delivered, tracking performance to metrics;
Evaluating existing training programs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of professional development;
Communications with stakeholders (mainly R&D specialists).

Qualifications:

To be successful, you will need to have:

Advanced English (C1/C2);
Higher Education + Trainers/Coach certifications;
Experience in developing and conducting training events;
Understanding the principles of adult learning;
Experience in international company;
Excellent presentation skills;
Excellent computer skills.
