We work on a consumer first brand strategy to modernize the C&A brand and communicate customer relevant content across all consumer touch points.

As our Head of Brand Marketing & Campaigns you will lead several teams and together create a consumer driven marketing and content strategy.

You transfer the strategy into seasonal marketing plans and manage and execute it to all channels and consumer touch points and activate it with additional activities.


Your responsibilities at C&A:


  • Ensures a clear brand vision; defines importance of different brand values, divisions and channels in the brand and marketing mix.
  • Develops the 360 marketing and content strategy by synthesizing internal needs and consumer insights with digital and consumer trends.
  • Ensures a consistent brand experience across all channels and touchpoints that are relevant to consumers.
  • Creates the seasonal marketing and content plan and owns the respective tools to communicate transparently to the various stakeholders.
  • Leads the project management for all 360 campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, internal creative resources, the buying teams, incorporating input from dedicated channel experts to ensure a smooth process.
  • Leads the strategic agency as well as the content and production agencies.
  • Plans the entire campaign process and coordinates the resources to ensure a smooth process.
  • Oversees the work of the creative team before, during and after shoots in order to ensure an optimal hand over to delivery team.
  • Builds strong relationships with merchant counterparts and the customer Insights team to ensure consumer relevant storytelling in the marketing mix.

What we expect from you:


  • You have profound work experience in brand management or brand strategy in marketing, communication, or advertising.
  • You have leadership experience and preferably have led through other leaders before.
  • Digital or ecommerce experience.
  • Strong affinity with, or a track record in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
  • You bring international experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
