Zusammenfassung der Position
Als technischer Recruiter haben Sie die Aufgabe, proaktiv Top-Talente zu rekrutieren, Beziehungen zu ihnen aufzubauen und ihnen kritische, hochqualifizierte Nischenpositionen in einigen der größten Unternehmen der Welt zuzuweisen.
Sie sind der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere freiberuflichen Berater von der Anmeldung bei uns bis hin zu ihrem Einsatz bei unseren Kunden, setzen diese Beziehung im Idealfall fort und unterstützen ihre Karriereziele mit zusätzlichen Beratungspositionen.
Wenn Sie aktiv, motiviert und in der Lage sind, schnell Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen, werden Sie eine äußerst lohnende Karriere im Personalwesen entwickeln.
Profil
Ihre Aufgaben
• Proaktive Rekrutierung von technischen Beratern in verschiedenen Branchen – vor allem in den Bereichen Life Sciences & Engineering (IT).
• Aufbau von Beziehungen zu technischen Beratern indem Sie zusätzlich auf ihre Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingehen, und ihre allgemeine Eignung für unsere Kunden bewerten.
• Reaktion auf offene Stellenangebote, indem Sie Ihre Beraterprofile untersuchen um unseren Kunden qualifizierte Kandidaten zu präsentieren.
• Verhandlung von Beraterkonditionen, Preise und Abschluss von Angeboten.
• Vorbereitung von Beratern auf Vorstellungsgespräche.
• Betreuung der Berater während ihres Einsatzes bei einem Projekt.
• Erfassung von Beraterinformationen und Kommunikationsnotizen in die Datenbank.
Ihre Fähigkeiten
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (die Interviews werden auf Englisch geführt). Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
• Selbstmotivierte, energiegeladene Persönlichkeit.
• Wettbewerbsfähige, zielorientierte Denkweise.
• Kenntnisse über Rekrutierungspraktiken von Agenturen, Outsourcing und einige Kenntnisse der lokalen Personalpolitik sind von entscheidender Bedeutung.
• Erfahrung in der Life-Science- oder IT-Engineering-Branche ist von Vorteil.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnell wachsendem Rekrutierungsumfeld von Vorteil.
• Bachelor-Abschluss (bevorzugt)
