We are looking for a passionate Team Lead Contract Management Offshore (all genders) at our location/s in Arnhem (NL), Bayreuth (GE) or Lehrte (GE), who will contribute to this and that might be you?

Your contribution to TenneT:

In this position you will lead the team "Contract Management Offshore 2GW Projects", plan the
resource requirements and take over the
selection,
onboarding, as well as the
qualification of the
employees:
Together with your team, you will
support the overall
project management in all contractual issues related to our project and construction contracts
You and your team are responsible for the initial
legal assessment of specific claims, warranty
cases and
supplements from suppliers
You ensure the uniform
interpretation of
contractual clauses and the
contractually compliant handling of claims
Together with the team, you take over the
management of our
suppliers during the entire execution phase of the project
You ensure
information exchange and
knowledge transfer within the team, across projects, as well as to the other Contract Management DC and Offshore teams and together you ensure the implementation of lessons learned, best practices and standards in your projects

Your profile and background:

You have successfully completed your
studies (university/university of applied sciences) in the field of
commercial law, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
In addition, you have profound
professional experience in
contract management,
purchasing or a legal department of an international company, ideally in the energy, construction or infrastructure sectors
Ideally, you have already gained initial
management experience and enjoy working in and with a team
You have
good negotiating skills and
assertiveness and demonstrate a strong drive to solve complex issues
Your high
commitment,
flexibility and
mobility for business trips of several days characterize you, as well as the confident handling of the common
MS Office products and ideally first
SAP knowledge
As we are an international team and work closely with our customers worldwide as well as with our colleagues in the Netherlands and Germany, you need to have very good
written and
verbal skills in English and
Dutch or
German

Supply Chain Management supports TenneT's activities by determining which goods and services are required to realize projects and maintenance work. We also structure and cover these needs. We serve TenneT's internal customers and ensures better cooperation with our external suppliers.
