What we are looking for

We're looking for a talented Senior Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) passionate about creating functional and valuable experiences that truly meet the needs of customers and clients.

We're searching for someone who can design services across multiple platforms, with a proven track record for shipping high-quality experiences.

In this role, you will be working within a multidisciplinary design team, you will lead projects and 'design PODs' assigned to these projects.

You will also collaborate closely with experience strategists, researchers, product owners and development teams to bring experiences from early-stage discovery all the way through to construction, implementation and release.

Ways of working

We currently have a flexible, remote working policy, meaning you can choose to work from home and/or you are welcome to work from our Globant or client's offices.

We mostly use Miro (Digital collaboration) as well as Figma and Google Suite for day to day collaboration.

We are aiming to work from the office a few times a month, when we think a face to face setup can add value to the type of work we need to do, so you shall be prepared to work on-site if necessary.

As a Senior Digital product Designer (UX/UI):

• You are able to guide the design process from framing a challenge, to discovery and concept design, to construction and implementation (including collaboration with technical/build teams for a precise and efficient handover).
• You can work in a crossfunctional team with other designers, developers and product owners to build userfriendly digital products and services for a range of clients.
• You are able to produce expertly crafted wireframes, Hi-Lo fidelity prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows using the appropriate tools.
• You are proficient in interaction and design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• You will have 3/5 years of experience working in a similar role. And 5+ years experience working as a Digital Product Designer;
• You can use planning and collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Miro, Mural, Trello etc)
• You have working experience with agile teams, working in sprints, multidisciplinary teams and production of design documentation.
• You are familiar with defining research and usability briefs, validating research approaches and translating research outcomes into clearly communicated and feasible design iterations;
• Fluent in English and German
